Individual interior room (it faces a very bright inner courtyard). Completely furnished with new furniture: single size bed, built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, desk lamp, shelf and bedside table. The community expenses are included in the price. The electricity, water and natural gas bills are paid as an extra and divided among all the tenants. It will be necessary to take out a civil liability and fire insurance that will be paid between all the tenants.

The flat is placed on a 6th floor. The building has elevator. It has 3 single rooms, one of these has a private bathroom and the other two have a shared bathroom. The flat is completely new and the furniture and everything is in excellent conditions. It has central heating and air conditioner. The living room is very spacious, very bright, with TV and a balcony with amazing views. The kitchen is fully equipped: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave. 9 minutes away from the train and bus stations with direct connections to Rabanales Campus. 5 minutes away from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters. 25 minutes away from the Faculty of Law. 5 minutes away from the city center. 3 minutes away from the main bus stops.

The flat is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood with the most international atmosphere in the city, highly valued among Erasmus students, both international and Spanish. The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.
