100 m² of thoughtfully designed living space, with the ocean just a short walk away.

Some homes have a story to tell. Ours reflects our passion for interior design, cinema and spaces with a distinctive personality.

This is a real home, not an impersonal rental apartment. We have carefully chosen every detail to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where comfort and character come together naturally. It is a place we love, and one we are delighted to share with guests spending some time in A Coruña.

The apartment offers 100 m² of beautifully considered space, including a particularly special 30 m² private suite. Almost an apartment within the apartment, it features a bedroom, en-suite bathroom, dedicated workspace, library and reading corner. Filled with natural light and wonderfully peaceful, it is an ideal place to work, unwind and feel at home.

The location is one of its greatest privileges. Situated on San Andrés Street, right in the very heart of A Coruña, the apartment is surrounded by some of the city's best restaurants, tapas bars, cafés and independent shops. The beach and the Atlantic Ocean are just a short stroll away, and the very best of the city can be enjoyed on foot.

We are used to welcoming guests from different countries and cultures, and we believe that a memorable stay begins with feeling genuinely at home. Whenever possible, we are happy to adapt the welcome to our guests' individual needs, share our favourite local recommendations and help them settle into life in A Coruña.

For added comfort, a basic housekeeping service is included during the stay, according to the agreed schedule. Fresh bed linen and towels, including laundry and ironing, can also be arranged as an optional extra.

Although we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets. Smoking, parties and gatherings are not permitted in the apartment.

A nearby private parking space is also available to rent separately, subject to availability.

Available for temporary stays of up to two months, subject to a genuine and documented reason for the stay.
