Furthermore, the room has a comfortable sofa with full HD TV and 5.1 hifi system. The bathroom has a shower with sink and toilet. Washing machine and dryer are also available.
Location
The loft apartment is located in the district of Dortmund Mengede-Oestrich on a quiet street. Two parks are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are only a 2-minute walk away.
Nevertheless, one is very quickly in the city center or neighboring cities due to the proximity to the A2, A42 and A45. The S-Bahn station "Dortmund Mengede" is only 5 minutes walk away, from there it is 10 min to Dortmund main station or 15 min to the Technical University and University of Applied Sciences.
