Furnished room (Room 2, see layout picture) in a shared flat of total 4 tenants available July 1, 2026 onward. The flat is located in a quiet and peaceful private housing condominium with good shopping and transportation connections
metro station: 500m, from where metro runs 13 min to Aalto University campus (Otaniemi), 24 min to Helsinki center (Kamppi). Bus line 544 runs about 25min to Karamalmi campus/Espoo.
bus stop: 300m, there are bus lines to different directions.
shop: two shops, 300m, 500m respectively
surroundings: in a very quiet and peaceful area, next to nature, 600m to sea side.
-Apartment size: 101 m2, laundry- , drying- sauna-, gym-and bicycle room are just at downstairs.
-Room size:17m2
-Floor: on 3rd floor 3/7, building is equipped with lift.
-Address: Soukankuja 7, 02360 Espoo
-Condition: very good and very clean, tenants follow a “weekly cleaning schedule”

-Services: there are pharmacy, fast food, bar, restaurant, 500m

Total rent: 510+60=570e/m/room,

including charge of water, electricity, heating, high speed WiFi (50MB), waste treatment and weekly sauna (in house building condominium (in adjacent building).

Note: tenant will agree to compensate landlord’s commission fee 120 euro to Housinganywhere if rental period is shorter than 5 months. This fee can be paid when you arrive to Finland.

-Principle of rent payment: move-in by days, move-out by month.

-Flat mates: international students who are nice, tidy, friendly and disciplined, studying at Aalto University.
-Deposit: 800€ (refundable)
-Home insurance: tenant must purchase a home insurance and keep it valid during stay for example a travel insurance which covers the liability of rental accommodation. You will get detailed instruction after booking is accepted. Cost is about 15...18e/m.
