A bright and spacious 110 m² apartment located in Alto Rodes, between the hospital and downtown Faro. Fully furnished, modern, and designed for comfortable medium- or long-term stays. The flat is on the top floor (6th/7th) with two elevators and enjoys exceptional natural light throughout the day.
The living area features wide windows, a comfortable sofa, and a large dining/work table ideal for remote work. The balcony offers stunning views over the city, the Ria Formosa, the Atlantic Ocean, and Faro Beach — with unforgettable sunsets every evening.
The apartment has two bedrooms with plenty of natural light, both equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for daily life: induction stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, cookware, dishes, utensils, and generous storage space. An outdoor laundry area includes a washing machine and extra storage. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a spacious walk-in shower.
Bed linens, blankets, and towels are provided, making the apartment fully ready to move in.
High-speed fibre WiFi, electricity, and water are included. Optional cleaning is available. Pets are welcome. Free public parking is available all around the building.
