Are you Female Tenant looking for a room to move in? This recently renovated apartment is free from September 1st and it offers you a very nice and modern room. All comfort is there to make you feel home :) This single room is furnished with a comfy SINGLE bed, a bedside table, a big wardrobe, and a desk. The FIX price OF 145 EURO INCLUDES all utilities (WiFi and CONDOMINIUM included). The apartment is composed of 3 singles bedrooms AND 3 BATHROOMS (3 GIRLS ONLY IN APARTAMENT) an open kitchen with a dining table, a nice living room. Enjoy Your Stay in Florence!

The property is located in via d'Ardiglione, an excellent area, just 5 minutes walk from Piazza Pitti, 10 min from Piazza Della Repubblica. All shops, markets, restaurants, bars, and other amenities are close by to ease your life. The neighborhood is well served by public transportation, the station is just 15 min from the property and from there you can reach all part of Florence.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:
- MONTHLY RENT: 500 euro month+110 (water ,power,condominium,tax fo trash, wifi) fix price +35 for gas with balance for real use of gas

EXPENSES TO PAY ONLY ONCE:

This agency fee includes check-in and check-out costs, contract registration, maintenance costs, assistance in case of breakdown of appliances, WA group dedicated to assistance during the entire period of stay.

- ONE TIME SERVICE FEE DI HOUSINGANYWHERE. When booking, a one-time service fee is required by the HousingAnywhere platform.

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 1220 is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
