The apartments are located in the preferred residential area of Frankfurt's West End and it takes an 8 minutes walk to the main railway station, 800 metres to Opernplatz (city centre) and 900 metres from the main entrance to the Frankfurt Trade Fair Centre. The 35 sqm apartment costs € 1450 per month including all ancillary costs. Free of charge are the cleaning, the W-Lan, as well as the use of the washing machine and the dryer. The apartment offers a huge balcony and it is fully furnished with high-quality furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped. All apartments are non-smoking.
