Object description:

This 4-room shared flat is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling close to frankfurt central station. There is an elevator in the building.

Each room as well as the common areas are fully furnished.

Eqiupment:

The rooms are equipped with a comfortable box spring bed including bedding and linen, spacious wardrobe, flat screen TV, side tables, desk and desk chair. In addition, the shared flat has a central free WIFI access for all residents.

The kitchen has a dining area and a modern kitchenette with the basic equipment of dishes and cooking utensils. Here, the flatmates have everything they need for the preparation of culinary creations at their disposal. Even a dishwasher to bring order back into the house. There is also a coin-operated washing machine/dryer in the apartment.

The flatmates share the use of the bathroom with shower and WC.

The common areas of the shared apartment are professionally cleaned every week.

The station quarter is centrally located between the main station and within walking distance of the city centre. In the direct vicinity there are numerous restaurants and bars, as well as clubs (red light district).
Also several supermarkets and drugstores are within walking distance.
The Main is also within walking distance.
The connection to public transport is optimal due to the direct proximity to the main station.
