A bright and stylish apartment for rent in a historic tenement house with high ceilings, located on Ogarna Street – one of the quieter streets of the Old Town. Just a 2-minute walk from Neptune’s Fountain and Długi Targ and all major tourist atractions, pubs and restaurants, yet offering peace and quiet, away from the tourist crowds. Tram and bus stop is just behind the building and you are a 5 minute walking distance to SKM (Tricity fast train) and other public transport.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and includes:

Windows will be cleaned three times a year, with a fee of approx. 200 - 250 PLN charged for each cleaning.

(*) Settlement according to the actual consumption for electricity and gas will be made at regular intervals, approx. every 6 months based on bills (the actual usage)
