Located in a quiet building on the ground floor. The rules of coexistence with the rest of the neighbours must be respected, taking special care when moving through common areas.

- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
