In the room there is a comfortable, king size bed with a pillow as well as a night table and a lamp. Also, in the room you will find a big sofa. The wide window leads to the patio, so the room itself is very quiet, perfect for the exam period! In the room there is also a very big wardrobe with much storage space and hangers for your clothes.

When it comes to your study, we have prepared everything for you! In the room there is a desk with a chair, to make you feel more comfortable as well as a big library for all your books. And the most important thing? By the time you enter the room, you will have your own privacy, since all the rooms of this flat have independent lockers! As for the cold days of winter, you have no reason to worry, since there is a gas heating. And one last thing: With your arrival we can provide you with clean mattress and pillow protectors! We know that this room is a dream for every student and we are here to make your wish come true!

This flat is nothing like the rest you have seen until now! This flat on Avenida de la Constitucion street, is one of our best apartments in Granada! In the flat there is a very comfortable living room with furniture that has a glamor of another century! However, it is fully equipped with everything that a modern house needs. There you will find a flat TV, big windows and a round dining area where you can enjoy your meals and relax with your flatmates. In the kitchen, you will find two, extra big fridges, two microwaves, two ovens, two stoves as well as plates, pans and everything else necessary for cooking. We want to make everything very easy for you, so the flat has also a dishwasher and two washing machines! In the flat there are 4 bathrooms, all with a shower, a bidet, a WC and a large mirror.

The flat is in a very nice location, not very far from the center. You can take any bus from there because it is located on a central road. For the ones who love food, there are many cafes, tapas bars and restaurants around, where you can taste the local cuisine! Moreover, “Carrefour” and “Mercadona” are the closest grocery stores from where you can buy everything you need in very low prices! You can also visit “Gym Triunfo” if you want to stay fit, which is less than 5 minutes away. In a 6 minutes walk you will find many of the University Faculties, since “Campos Universitario Fuentenueva” is almost next to you! This special flat has so many things to offer!
