The room also has a nice balcony. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and washer/dryer, and an independent toilet. We provide all the needed household equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner), in the entrance of your flat. The understated and chic decoration had been chosen in order to allow each coliver to add their own style to it and feel at home. Located in a quiet residence, the apartment is secured with connected locks. It is close to shops and restaurants. If you have a car, you can park it in one of the many parking spaces available for rent. In coliving, your flat is an “all-rental costs inclusive” : water, electricity, gas, internet and house insurance. Do not forget, all of our rental bedrooms are eligible for APL (housing aid), depending on the CAF’s required conditions.
