I've received a job offer and will be heading out on short notice.
I'm planning to leave around mid-August and return by the end of November or early December.
During that time, I'm looking for someone to take good care of my home.
Rent:
€1,400 cold / €1,700 warm (all-inclusive).
This includes rent, water, electricity, heating, internet, broadcasting fees, etc.
About the Apartment
The souterrain (basement-level) apartment has just been fully renovated – the floors have only been in for about a month.
It's fully furnished and equipped with everything you need:

Even Sunday grocery shopping is possible, as the airport (10–15 minutes away) has a 24/7 supermarket.
There are also plenty of regular supermarkets, restaurants, and places like McDonald's nearby.
The scenic Alster hiking trails are within walking distance.
