The furnishings: The apartment is fully designed. You can work, cook, relax, and sleep in it. There is a desk and chair, as well as a small closet, a single bed, a TV (including Netflix!), and a small kitchen. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available so you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace. The bathroom is also fully furnished.
Plenty of public parking is available directly in front of the apartment. The nearest subway station is about a 6-minute walk away. An Edeka supermarket is 5 minutes away. The popular Lister Meile shopping center is about a 10-minute walk away. Restaurants and bars are also within 10 minutes.
