The absolute highlight of this flat is the approx. 30 m2 roof terrace. This is included in the living space with 8m2. Quietly situated towards the inner courtyard and facing south, you can spend beautiful hours here.
The open-plan kitchen/living room is extremely spacious. Through the double window doors you enter another small balcony to the inner courtyard.
