Welcome to our modern co-living home, where comfort, community, and convenience blend in a unique way. With us, you won't just find a room, but a home specifically designed to support your lifestyle.
Each of our rooms has been carefully designed to provide you with the best possible living comfort. Each room has a private shower.
The rooms are fully furnished and offer everything you need for relaxed living, including a desk for productive work or study, a large built-in closet to neatly store your personal belongings, a comfortable bed with a mattress, an armchair, a mirror, and bed and table lamps.
In addition, we provide a strong internet connection. All operating costs are already included in your monthly rent.

Furthermore, the house has numerous common areas with various activity possibilities, 2 courtyards, and a fitness room. These are included in the rent.
A separate co-working area is also available, but only for an extra charge of 50€ per month, which is separate and optional.
For hygienic reasons, a mattress protector must be paid for when you move in (additional required costs).
The house scores with its direct proximity to the university, and various shopping facilities in the area, as well as the quiet location and proximity to the inner green belt.

Willkommen in unserem modernen Co-Living Haus, wo Komfort, Gemeinschaft und Bequemlichkeit auf einzigartige Weise miteinander verschmelzen.
Bei uns findest du nicht nur ein Zimmer, sondern ein Zuhause, das speziell darauf ausgerichtet ist, Deienn Lebensstil zu unterstützen.
Jedes unserer Zimmer wurde sorgfältig gestaltet, um Euch den bestmöglichen Wohnkomfort zu bieten. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine private Dusche.
Die Zimmer sind voll möbliert und bieten alles, was Du für ein entspanntes Wohnen benötigst, darunter ein Schreibtisch für produktives Arbeiten oder Studieren, ein großer Einbauschrank, um Deine persönlichen Gegenstände ordentlich zu verstauen, ein gemütliches Bett mit Matratze, ein Sessel, ein Spiegel, sowie Bett- und Tischlampen.
Zusätzlich stellen wir eine starke Internetverbindung zur Verfügung. Alle Betriebskosten sind bereits in Deinem monatlichen Mietpreis enthalten.

Des Weiteren verfügt das Haus über zahlreiche Gemeinschaftsräume mit verschiedenen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten, 2 Innenhöfe und einem Fitnessraum. Diese sind im Mietpreis inkludiert.
Ein separater Co-Working Bereich steht Euch ebenfalls zur Verfügung, allerdings nur gegen einen Aufpreis von 50€ pro Monat, der separat und optional anfällt.
