The apartment is made of a hallway, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The place is located on the second floor in the backyard. The apartment is on the second floor.
The place is perfect for 1 or 2 people (the apartment can host up to 3 people).

The last renovation was in March 2024 (apartment painted).

There are 2 beds in the apartment (an additional single bed is available upon previous request). There is also a sofa in the apartment.

The tram/bus stops Starowiślna and Stradom are both few seconds walk from the place.
Dietla is a street full of shops, restaurants, stores h24, bars and pubs.
The area is very green.

THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS.

The rental price is 10% higher if the monthly rent is only 1 month.

The Lessor can get an additional life insurance for foreign students (this is upon previous request).

The size of the apartment is around 28 m2. The apartment is located on the first floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a table with chairs in the kitchen.
The bedroom can be locked.

The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, hand made fashion pochette-masks made in Italy (very trendy and fashion masks), gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request).
There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.
There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.
The Lessor can get a life insurance during the entire period of lease.

The bedroom in the apartment is fully equipped with a big double bed (an additional single bed is available upon previous request), lamps, curtains, shelves, wardrobe, hangers, drying rack, bedside tables, desk and chairs.

There is a small extra payment (higher deposit) is the tenant wants to live in the property with a pet.

Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
