The place promoted here in this advert is a full apartment located in ul. Dietla.

This is a cozy one-bedroom apartment.

The apartment is made of a small living area with a kitchen annex, bathroom and bedroom

The bedroom in the apartment is fully equipped with a big double bed (an additional single bed is available upon previous request and if the Lessor agrees), lamps, curtains, shelves, wardrobe, hangers, drying rack, bedside tables, washing machine, desk and chairs.

THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS.

The rental price is 10% higher if the monthly rent is only 1 month.

The flat is equipped the washing machine (appliance was purchased in 2025).

The tenants can also use a LAUNDRY SERVICE (optional service) in in the same building (same staircase, ground floor). The cost of the service is only is not included in the monthly rent (optional cost). The tenants can use a washing machine and a drying machine in the laundry area.
