The listing of this advert is a room in a flatsharing (primary image).

This is a very elegant premium apartment.

The place is made of a living room (this room can be arrange also as an additional bedroom with an independent entrance), long corridor with hallway, bedroom, bedroom, kitchen area, bathroom and toilet. There is an external shared balcony with the neighbor.

Optional services:

There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rental.
There is a service of weekly cleaning available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rental.

The Lessors offer hand-sanitizers and disinfectants, home-sanitizers, gloves, anti-smog masks, surgery masks. The Lessor offers as well board games and flexible contracts of lease.
There is a very good internet WiFi connection in the apartment (good and stable connection and unlimited data transmission).

The double bed is new and very comfortable (the size of the mattress is 140x200 cm). There is an extra bed (size 120x200 cm, semi-double).

The bills are not included in the price of the monthly rental. The Lessor offers an additional monthly discount during the entire period of epidemic emergency.

The place is located in the heart of the Jewish quarter Kazimierz, in a very calm and quiet area, practically close to everything: river Wisła, Wawel castle, museums, tram/bus stops, groceries, shops, supermarkets, shopping malls, old town, gyms and swimming pools.
Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out:
Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
