SUNNY HOUSE APARTMENT 44 MALTA is located in the capital of Malta, Valletta, more precisely in the part called Ta'xbiex. The apartment is in a small street called Il Knisja, in the old part of the picturesque houses, today less and less preserved, characterized by protruding closed balconies. The apartment is actually a House apartment for 6 people, because it extends through the entire restored 3-story house. It can be used all year round. It has two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (on the 1st floor a bathtub and on the 2nd shower), a living room, a business desk, a dining table, a kitchen and a terrace on the 2nd floor. There is a large terrace on the third floor. Each room and living room has a strong air conditioner, which is also used for heating during the winter.
