This bright and fully furnished 45 m2 apartment is located in the popular district of Connewitz, just a 3-minute walk from Connewitzer Kreuz with excellent tram and bus connections.

The apartment is situated in a quiet rear building, away from street noise, and is ideal for professionals, expats, researchers, couples or anyone relocating to Leipzig for several months.

REWE supermarket, bakeries, cafés, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße is nearby.

For your free time, the surrounding forests and Leipzig’s lakes are also easily accessible.

Despite the central location, the apartment itself is very quiet because it is situated in the rear building.

RENTAL PERIOD & REGISTRATION
The apartment is available for temporary rental, preferably for 6 months or longer. The exact rental period can be discussed individually.

Maximum occupancy: 2 people

An official rental agreement will be provided.

German address registration (Anmeldung / Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) is possible.

For the rental process, proof of identity and proof of income for the previous three months are required.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator.
