Single room with private bathroom in a fully renovated apartment, selected environment, equipped with high quality. Fully furnished, with Smart TV, Refrigerator, Air Conditioning and Private WC. This room has a balcony. Fully equipped shared kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, small appliances, crockery and utensils). Located in one of the main avenues of the city, next to the bus stop (Mobilis), restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Minimum 1 month contract. Biweekly cleaning included. Room in Apartment with 5 rooms, all single. Animals are not allowed. Non-smokers. Other people are not allowed to stay overnight.
