Located in the district of La Perla Callao 20 minutes from Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima and 30 minutes from the Historic Center. From the house only 10 minutes away you will find the Plaza San Miguel Shopping Center where you will find shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, nightclubs, etc. Also close to home there are a few blocks to small stores for daily shopping, pharmacies banks, etc.
