7-bedroom flat on the second floor, featuring 2 WCs. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a washing machine for your convenience. The building does not have a lift.

Room:
This comfortable room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room has a window that provides plenty of natural light. As a disclaimer we inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.

- The rent includes 35€ per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit).
- A weekly clean of the common areas is also included in the rent.
- We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures.

- Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
