The apartment is on the 3rd floor (big, modern elevator), has a parquet floor, is very bright and well soundproofed (thick walls). In the evening it's very quiet, in the immediate vicinity are 2 bakeries, a butcher, modern cafes, a Penny and a Rewe as well as the "Planken" and the "Fressgasse" (downtown Mannheim).

After a cozy 15 minutes walk you reach the "Luisenpark", one of the most beautiful parks in Europe.
