Twenty Nine takes its name from our address, Razlagova 29.

It’s a 100 m2 boutique coliving apartment in the centre of Maribor, with bedrooms named after places and stories from the city, Old Railway, Lent and Piramida.

And if a flatmate greets you with “Alo, stari!”, there’s your first local hello.

The kitchen and living room are shared and both brand new. The kitchen opens onto a breakfast bar where you can pull up a stool and keep your flatmate company while they cook. There’s a sofa and TV in the living room for evenings in, and when you feel like going out, you’re already in the city centre. There’s also a shared bathroom and a separate toilet.

Coming to Maribor on your own? Lent gives you a bedroom all to yourself with its own walk-in closet and flatmates to come home to. We named it after Maribor’s old riverside quarter. Unpack properly, tuck your suitcase away and make yourself at home. For your first walk after unpacking, head down to the Drava and get to know the neighborhood your room is named after.

Studying at the Faculty of Economics and Business (EPF)? Both faculty buildings are just down the street. Maribor’s main train station is about a three-minute walk from your front door, handy when you arrive with a suitcase or head off for the weekend.

Included in the rent: All utilities, cleaning of the shared areas twice a month, and one set of bed linen and two towels per person.
