Twenty Nine takes its name from our address, Razlagova 29.

It’s a 100 m2 boutique coliving apartment in the center of Maribor, with bedrooms named after places and stories from the city, Old Railway, Lent and Piramida.

And if a flatmate greets you with “Alo, stari!”, there’s your first local hello.

The kitchen and bathroom and both brand new and shared together with the living room. The kitchen opens onto a breakfast bar where you can pull up a stool and keep your flatmate company while they cook. There’s a sofa and TV in the living room for evenings in, and when you feel like going out, you’re already in the city center. There’s also a shared bathroom and a separate toilet.

Deluxe double room for one or a couple in central Maribor | Piramida at Twenty Nine

Piramida is our deluxe room, with a comfy double bed and space to settle in for the semester. Enjoy it all to yourself or share it with your partner. We named it after the hill overlooking Maribor. Once you’ve unpacked, take a walk up and see if you can spot your new neighborhood from the top.

Studying at the Faculty of Economics and Business (EPF)? Both faculty buildings are just down the street. Maribor’s main train station is about a three-minute walk from your front door, handy when you arrive with a suitcase or head off for the weekend.

Included in the rent: All utilities, cleaning of the shared areas twice a month, and one set of bed linen and two towels per person.
