This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Montpellier is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare is strategically located in the "Gambetta" neighborhood, in the centre of Montpellier. A lot of restaurants, public transports, shops are located close by. The apartment is on floor #2 . It is entirely furnished and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, pans, microwave, crockery, toaster, kitchen ustensils, kettle… The flat also has an ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron, a washing machine.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: bagless hoover, mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: condominium fees, water, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, electricity, housing insurance.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Split into two by the Cours Gambetta which gives it its name, the Gambetta neighbourhood serves as gentle transition from the ancient part of Montpellier and the most recent one. This is the perfect location for this lovely room in a furnished flatshare. The construction of the tramway line radically changed the profile of the neighbourhood, which is today in full transformation. The modern buildings and the old one-storey houses often have cosy hidden gardens – some small oasis of coolness and greenery during the summer time.
The Clemenceau park is a pleasant place to live on a daily basis – sports addicts, hikers, outdoor readers will find their cup of tea here. Last but not least, the neighbourhood is full of trades, pharmacies, bio supermarkets, tobacco shops.
