On the balcony facing the backyard there are two sun chairs and a table for relaxation. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, the cutlery, dishes and cooking set. The very high-quality and modern designed bathroom with bathtub and toilet is kept in bright white. In the corridor there is a large wardrobe.
