All the rooms are spacious and designed with the comfort of students in mind to give them a home-away-from-home experience.

Should you decide to cancel your booking, it is your responsibility to find a replacement individual to enter into a new contract.

However, should we need to enlist the services of an agent, the cost could amount to up to one month's rent, which we would require you to cover.
