From 01.03.2021 on I will rent my 2 room apartment, which was completely renovated, fully furnished and designed in May 2020, in a central location of Nuremberg to people who are looking for a very special accommodation. I rent the apartment fully furnished for a minimum period of 6 months, or longer.

3 minutes to the streetcar, within walking distance to the central station and the old town as well as only 15 minutes by subway from the fair, this apartment has been used as a project apartment for business stays during the last half year.

With a mix of Scandinavian design classics by Arne Jacobsen, HK Living or Vitra, the apartment radiates cosiness and comfort as soon as you enter - and a tranquility that I know from hardly any other apartment. Deep sleep is guaranteed here.
Students and business travelers can work comfortably from the spacious kitchen-living room. WLAN is available. During the lunch break, the nearby Dutzendteich pond invites you to take a walk.

Facilities
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful old building (you enter it through a historic carriage entrance from 1905!). It is 50m2 large and has 2 rooms and a spacious kitchen-living room.

In the lockable bedroom the 1,60m wide box spring bed offers restful sleep.

The bathroom is spacious with rain shower and bathtub as well as a washer-dryer, which is available for free use.
The fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired.

Location
The apartment has a central yet quiet location. The infrastructure around the apartment is second to none. Pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, local recreation are available in the immediate vicinity. The Nuremberg Old Town with its sights is only a stone's throw away from the apartment (the Lorenzkirche is a 20 minute walk away).
Parking spaces are also available directly in front of the door, usually in large quantities.
