This 4-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor. It has a fully equipped shared kitchen, a living room with a dining table and a lounge area with a comfortable couch and a TV. The bathroom has a shower cabinet, a sink and a toilet. There is also an extra guest toilet.
This old nicely renovated classic Oslo building consists of nine modern co-living apartments divided over the first three floors and a loft with three private apartments. On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped grocery and convenience store.
The building has a shared courtyard with a grill area. Bikes can be parked in the courtyard. There is a shared storage area in the basement for apartments 1-9.
Grünerløkka is a warm and lively district with a variety of charming shopping streets, cosy cafés and exciting eateries. Go shopping at one of Grünerløkka’s design boutiques, vintage shops and flea markets, or go for a stroll along the riverside of the Akerselva river. North of Grünerløkka is the Torshov district which is known for it's innovating restaurant scene. It is only a 10-minute walk to the city centre. Tram numbers 11, 12 and 13 and several buses run frequently only a few blocks away.
The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships.
To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members!
As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.
