Go shopping at one of Grünerløkka’s design boutiques, vintage shops, and flea markets, or go for a stroll along the riverside of the Akerselva River. North of Grünerløkka is the Torshov district, known for its innovative restaurant scene. It is only a 10-minute walk to the city center. Tram numbers 11, 12, and 13, as well as several buses, run frequently just a few blocks away.
