Our place is situated on the most western side of the city of Plymouth and only 1km from the Tamar Bridge that separates Devon from Cornwall.
The house was built in 1906 and was named Bellavista for its sweeping views over the city, the river Lynher , the Tamar and out to sea beyond the Sound.
This large Edwardian house boasts spacious rooms with high ceilings and has undergone a complete refurbishment respecting the original features whilst introducing more modern comforts.
There are three guest rooms with private bathrooms and a fourth room , Nightingale, can only be booked together with either Skylark or Goldfinch ( 3/4 people family/group travelling together ). A minimum of two nights stay is required in all rooms.
