The apartment has 2 1/2 inviting rooms, furnished with a new equipment.
The completely furnished apartment offers space for up to two persons. Bed linen, as well as pillows and blankets are also sufficiently available. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality built-in appliances such as dishwasher, coffee machine and induction cooker.
In the corridor a built-in closet is installed, which offers place for clothes and further.
The apartment is located in central Potsdam in a very popular residential area in a quiet location near Berlin with many leisure and sports facilities. Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance and popular cafés and restaurants are also just around the corner. The excellent transport connections to the S-Bahn, tram and bus network offer an ideal starting point to get to all corners of Potsdam or Berlin quickly and easily.
The residential building is located in the 2nd row of houses. The city centre can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Directly next to it is the Sanssoucipark.
