Great location! The apartment is located in a good communication point: 100 meters from the tram and bus junction at the PST "Szymanowskiego" station. Nearby there are grocery stores such as Kaufland, Lidl and Biedronka.

The best would be to rent the room till the end of September, but I can also consider shorter stays.
