Everything is there, bed, furniture, so completely furnished. Only take your cloths and toothbrush. We prefer to rent is out to foreign students for minimum a half year.You can move in 1 st May 2025. This boat is permanently moored at the Marina Rotterdam. Location is very central, just 5 minutes walking to the coolsingel and next to the erasmus bridge. close to universityInterested to have a look, we can make an appointment show the room/appartment. The rent is 765 euro for this room/appartment.
