The property is conveniently located approximately 20 minutes on foot from UC San Diego (UCSD) and is situated near a bus stop that provides direct access to the campus in about 10 minutes.

Pets are not permitted at the property. In case you have a service animal, please be sure to provide the requested documents during your application process.
In case of early termination of the lease, students need to give a 30 days notice and pay an early termination fee which is the amount of two months' rent.
1. Once the application is approved, the student can pay the holding deposit and guarantee their place.
2. The deposit will depend on the room type you select. The deposit might change due to availability, please get in touch with your amber agent to know more.

3. Also, before moving in, the student needs to pay a $250 (one-time placement fee) and the first month’s rent.
Credit cards, Debit cards, ACH payments, personal checks, cashier’s checks or money orders are also accepted.
The property requires you to provide a valid US based guarantor.
1. If the lease agreement is only for one quarter, an advance payment for the quarter is required.
2. If it is a longer lease (semester or academic year) you can opt for monthly payments.
To book a room you need to pay security deposit of $500.
The property does not offer a cooling off period, all contracts are legal and binding.

We will facilitate the request to review your circumstances and explore the possibility of cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are considered individually, and any outcome will depend on the property's review and applicable booking terms.
