This well-equipped one-bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of the city, inside an old stone house just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town and the UNESCO-listed Diocletian’s Palace. While centrally located, it offers a comfortable and practical home base for long-term stays in Split. The apartment features Wi-Fi and air conditioning, making it ideal for daily living and remote work.
The apartment features a cozy and practical layout perfect for long stays. It includes a private bedroom, a comfortable living room for relaxing or working, and a well-equipped kitchenette with all you need to make daily meals. With free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and thoughtful essentials, the space is designed to help you feel at home during your time in Split.

Since this apartment is located within a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.
