All bedrooms and communal areas are private and exclusive for the booking party. Make this your home-from-home! The beds are a great size, comfy and cosy. Each rooms has plenty of storage with it own wardrobe and set of drawers.

Boothen House has a modern and Hygge style throughout, and the bathroom is spacious and situated off the kitchen on the ground floor. Bodywash, towels and toilet rolls are all provided for your stay.

The kitchen is modern and galley style, yet retains a sense of space and utility with its minimalist and clean design. It comes with washing machine, and all the cutlery and crockery you will require for a fully self-catered stay.

Boothen House has a quaint little sitting room in the middle of the property, which has a tub chair and a two person sofa, with a space-saving dining table for four guests. A 42" HD WiFi connected Smart TV provides Freeview and apps such as Prime NowTV and GooglePlay.
