General Description
Newly renovated one room apartment with a separate kitchenette and beautiful view over Stuttgart West. The Apartment is on the fifth floor in a House from 1970 with a lift. The apartment is completely renovated in 2017/2018. The Bathroom is separated by thick glass from the rest of the apartment. New windows and electrical roller blind have been built in. The apartment is for max 2 Person.

Equipment
In the living area there is a bed (1,40 x 2m) with a quality latex-mattress. A big OLED Smart-TV (55'') abd a stereo system with Bluetooth are there to entertain. The new kitchenette includes an induction cooker, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, dish-washing machine as well as a washing machine which can also dry. Internet by Wireless is included. Plenty of storage for clothes and other things in four Pax-Warderobes 50 x 235cm.

Location
The apartment is on the Border between Stuttgart-Mitte and Stuttgart-West. The S-Bahn Station Schwabstrasse where all Tube-Lines are running, is just around the corner. A lot of Bus-Lines also run in the near proximity of the house. Also in about 10-15 min walk there can be reached popular places as: Rotebühlplatz, Karlshöhe (Park), Königsstraße (shopping), Feuersee and more.
