Available rooms are: a large single room ($300/week for a single guest or $450 for 2 guests sharing the room)- This room has a lot of built in wardrobes.
2 other rooms available are comfortable compact sized rooms perfect for single guests ($240/week). All rooms have clothes cabinets, shelves and work/study tables. These smaller bedrooms are considerably cheaper per week. The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort.
My job involves multi-media work, promotional video reels, print media designs as well as electronics. Much of my work is done in my work station located in the garage.5

There are 3 single rooms available. One of the rooms can accommodate 2 single beds and have ample space and built in wardrobes. The other 2 rooms are smaller sized rooms with single beds, wardrobes, shelves, study tables.
The house is air conditioned.
