Having recently been reinvigorated by the Broadway/Central Park redevelopments Chippendale has a massive range of food options including the famous Spice Alley. Spice Alley is an alleyway with an incredible array of restaurants, cafes and gelato places. Chippendale is known for having a mainly young population due to all the students (Sydney University, UTS, Notre Dame University). There's no place like Chippendale when it comes to finding a vibrant community with a village vibe on Sydney CBD's doorstep.

The property does not offer any cooling off period, all contracts are legal & binding.

Please note: If you cancel the booking within 7 days, the cancellation charges will be 1 week’s rent & beyond that it will be 2 week’s rent.

You need to pay 2 week’s advance rent before moving in to secure your room with the property.

Rent needs to be paid monthly, in advance.

You do not need a guarantor to book a room with the property.

1. Once you sign the tenancy, you lose the right to cancel the booking.

2. You are liable for the full rent unless a suitable replacement is found to take over your tenancy agreement.

3. You can replace yourself under the same terms as your agreement without interruption (this has no penalty or break fee); OR

a. Pay a break fee of 4 weeks if less than 25 percent of the agreement has expired; OR

b. Pay a break fee of 3 weeks if 25 per cent or more but less than 50 per cent of the agreement has expired; OR

c. Pay a break fee of 2 weeks if 50 per cent or more but less than 75 percent of the agreement has expired; OR

d. Pay a break fee of 1 week if 75 per cent or more of the agreement has expired.

1. You need to pay 3 week’s rent as a deposit to secure your room with the property.

2. This will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.
