I have been doing homestay since 2016. I've hosted working people, international students. The granny flat has two fully furnished bedroom at the rear of the house. Access is via side entrance of the house. It's 5 mins walk to train station and 26 mins by train to city. One direct train to Circular Quay station (Opera house), Central station. It's clean, quiet and cosy to live in.
I've two children attending local universities.
Payment of 50% of the booking amount is required upfront after confirmation of bookIng. A$50 deposit is required when checking in and returnable when all keys are returned and facility is not damaged upon checking out.
The room rates include light breakfast and wifi access.
