The neighbourhood has all the facilities around (supermarket, market place, bakery, tavern, cafe, bus station) at a distance of 50 meter.

Also, the area is really close to the bus station nearby at 50m that goes to city centre and University Campus.

Studio is ideal for Erasmus Students coming in Thessaloniki for Spring Semester 2023
or for internship at Cedefop in the south of the city.

In the price are included all bills (maintenance, water, heating and WiFi) except from electricity bill. Cleaning service is also available every two weeks with cost 20 euros/ time.
