Welcome to Le Pimpant, a fully renovated two-room apartment on Rue Henri Desbals in the heart of Saint-Cyprien, Toulouse. Set on the first floor of a period building overlooking a quiet courtyard, this flat features a separate bedroom, an open kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi and double-glazed windows for a peaceful stay. The Arènes metro station is a five-minute walk away.
The Space:
Le Pimpant is a fully renovated two-room apartment on Rue Henri Desbals, in the lively Saint-Cyprien neighbourhood of Toulouse. Located on the first floor of a charming period building, the flat overlooks a peaceful inner courtyard and benefits from double-glazed windows throughout, keeping things quiet even in the heart of the city.
The living area features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining space. The open kitchen is fitted with a hob, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, cookware and tableware — everything you need to prepare meals at home. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout, making it easy to work remotely during your stay.
The separate bedroom offers a quality double bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with first-night essentials.
Le Pimpant sits between the Arènes metro station and the green spaces of the Ile du Ramier, roughly five minutes on foot from each. You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay, including the living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is registered with the City of Toulouse in accordance with local regulations. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00 out of respect for neighbours. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Pets are welcome on request — please let us know in advance.
