Only one monthly rent must be paid to the landlord upon signing the contract, by bank transfer within 72 hours of booking confirmation on HousingAnywhere. After moving in, the tenant will pay from the third month onwards.

This bedroom is a comfortable and stylish space, perfect for relaxation and rest.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed that is placed against a wall with a window facing west, allowing plenty of natural light to enter the room during the day. The bed has a sturdy structure and a slatted base, and it is covered with a comfortable mattress and cushions, providing a cozy place to sleep. Beside the bed, there is a bedside table where you can keep your personal items, and a small armchair with a cushion, where you can sit and relax.

On the opposite wall, there is a closet where you can hang your clothes and store your belongings. There is also a dresser and a shelf where you can display your decorative items or store your books and other items. A desk is placed near the window, providing a good spot for you to work or study while enjoying the natural light.
