THE ROOM
Everything in your room is brand new, and you will be among the very first to use it!

French double bed (140x200 cm) equipped with wooden slats and a new 24 cm tall ergonomic 5-zone mattress, designed to ensure a comfortable rest. Spacious under-bed storage (that acts as a second wardrobe!). Two pillows are included. Fresh mattress and pillow protectors are included and ready for your arrival.

Flat Rate for Utilities: Euro 100,00/month covers electricity, water, gas, heating, ultra-fast Fiber Wi-Fi and one monthly professional cleaning service for common areas. TOTAL COST: Euro 640/month (Euro 530 for rent+ Euro 100 for flat utilities)
