Here is some info and the pictures of the brand-new apartment in VICENZA, settled in Via Firenze, n. 16

The apartment is SUPER EXCLUSIVE and is made up of a kitchen, 7 Single Rooms, 2 Bathrooms.

Just outside the building, you can find any kind of public transportation: the apartment there are many bus stops and also the tram stop.

In the neighborhood you can find any kind of store: supermarkets, banks, restaurants, a wide gym, the KFC and much more.
The prince of the SUITE with double bed and armchair it's 360. (ROOM B)

-All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating)
- All the expenses for the condominium
- Unlimited Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need

The pictures of the apartment are not available at the moment, because it is still being renovated. However, you can see in this folder the photos of other apartments, so you can understand how our APP 301 will be, since the arrangement of spaces, the furniture and Style will always be the same.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
