My house is on a quiet street in American University Park, just minutes from the Friendship Heights Metro, restaurants and shopping. American University Law School ls a walkable one mile or one Metro stop to Tenley Town.
Widowed grandmother, I live across the street from my daughter and her family. I have two young cats so guests with allergies should take note.
The basement suite has a kitchenette, private bathroom and a separate entrance.
I have hosted guests at my home for 10+ years and enjoy getting to know young women from all over the world.

Large room with private bath and kitchenette. Including refrigerator, microwave and sink, no stove/oven. Shared washer/dryer and access to backyard.
Small tv, internet and cable are included.
